Start your day with an energising yoga session. Fuel your body with a delicious breakfast. Disconnect from to-do lists and technology on our nature walks in the beauty of the rural Irish landscape exploring local beaches and hill walks.
Relax in the outdoor jacuzzi or the spacious retreat house. Meet like minded people and make new friends or simply enjoy some quality me time without any responsibilities. This time is just for yourself.
 
Treat your body with tasty and healthy food and enjoy one evening in the BBQ hut cooking our own dinner in the group. Read a book in the evening, hang out in the living room or spend some time for your own yoga practice or mediation in the cosy mediation space.​

Our daily group coaching sessions lead by our retreat leader & personal and business coach Katrin Sturm will equip you with new personal insights and useful tips for work-life balance by setting healthy boundaries, how to keep a positive mindset as well as some practical exercises for better time & stress management.
 
We are happy to discuss your preferred topics and goals for this long weekend in order to personalise your experience with us as much as possible.
During the group coaching sessions we do not ask anybody to share personal issues or actively contribute if you don't feel comfortable doing so. We only provide you with the tools, exercises and insights to achieve your goals.


 

You will nourish your body with tasty and energising meals from breakfast to dinner prepared by our retreat chef.
Vegetarian and some vegan options are catered for on the daily food menu that is specifically selected for our retreat guests.
On our last evening, we will grill our own dinner in the outdoor BBQ hut of the retreat house with a unique and cosy atmosphere. 
Fresh water, tea and fruit are always available to grab during your retreat to give you that peace of mind to never have to feel hungry or thirsty.

Travel to Dunfanaghy by car (pooling), bus or plane to Donegal airport 
14.00: Room Check In & Collection of digital devices
14.00-15.30: Welcome smoothie and getting to know your retreat tribe
16.00-17.00: Yoga
18.30: Group Dinner
19.30 Time for Relaxation and Outdoor Jacuzzi

Day 2:

8.00: Morning Yoga
9.00: Group Breakfast
10.30 Guided Nature Walk (Beach or Hill Walk)
13.00: Lunch
14.00 Time for Relaxation and Outdoor Jacuzzi
16.00-17.00: Yoga

Travel back home by car (pooling) or bus or continue your trip in Ireland
As we understand that every guest and every day is different, we will discuss personal preferences each day at the dinner table with the group.
 
We do not want to overwhelm you with a day that might be too packed for your relaxation and right balance, and thus always give you the personal freedom to take a break from the active side of things and just chill out on our premises or explore on your own. 
 
Enjoy the magnificent beach views, fresh sea breathes, and just enjoy some well deserved me time. Read a book in your room, our cosy lounge area or simply venture off on your for one of the many activities like surfing or horse riding and stunning nature to see in the area.
